Who we are
Elite Gladiators Limited provides private investigation, intelligence and security services from Nairobi, Kenya. We are the data controller for information submitted through this website.
What we collect
The details you enter in our forms: your name and contact details, information about your matter and, for missing person reports, information and photographs of the person concerned. We also record technical information such as your IP address for security.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to assess and carry out any engagement you instruct us on, to help locate a missing person, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the members of our team handling your matter. Information may be shared with the police or other authorities where you have agreed, where the law requires it, or where someone is at risk of serious harm.
How we protect it
Information is held on secured systems with role-based access, encryption in transit, audit logging of every access, and private storage for files and photographs.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months. Case records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal and professional obligations.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, subject to legal limits. Contact us using the details on our contact page. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
This notice should be reviewed by the company's advocate and data protection officer before publication.
